Pool heat is available for an additional fee and a mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more applies. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence, and while the property is professionally sprayed for pests, guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Guests are welcome to use the Solterra Resort community amenities, which include a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and recreational areas. Fees may apply for resort amenities. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Guests are asked to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
