Nestled between the scenic San Diego River and the rolling hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is not only a surfer's paradise but also a haven for swimmers, sunbathers, and even four-legged friends. Ocean Beach is very walkable, however, a car is the best way to get around San Diego if you'll be exploring places outside of Ocean Beach. Uber and Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car! There are two other cottages on the property, and the laundry facilities are shared with these and an additional property. We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than three guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property, with a fine of $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. No pets allowed without prior approval. If any of the strict rules are violated, the reservation may be canceled without refund and immediate eviction may occur. Registration Number: STR-08107L
