The first bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen-size beds—perfect for family or friends. The master bedroom comes with its own smart TV for relaxing nights in. Stay entertained and connected with Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout the cottage, ensuring your stay is comfortable and enjoyable no matter the season. For added convenience, there’s a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are two other cottages on the property, and the laundry facilities are shared with these and an additional property. Situated just east of Sunset Cliffs Blvd, you’re a breezy stroll away from vibrant restaurants, charming shops, and the stunning beach at the end of Newport Ave. Discover Ocean Beach, a charming coastal gem adored by locals and visitors alike. This vibrant beach town embodies the quintessential Southern California experience with its laid-back, vintage vibe. Spend your days riding the waves at surf-friendly jetties, basking in the sun along the picturesque pier, or exploring an eclectic mix of surf shops, taco stands, and antique malls. Nestled between the scenic San Diego River and the rolling hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is not only a surfer's paradise but also a haven for swimmers, sunbathers, and even four-legged friends. We provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience and are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 10:00. San Diego vacation homes are in jeopardy, so please follow these house rules to help preserve our property rights and avoid fines from police and management. If any of the strict rules are violated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund and immediate eviction may occur. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property. The fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. No pets allowed without prior approval. Registration Number: STR-02791L
