Personal items should not be left on the balcony due to high winds. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Lighting candles inside the property is prohibited for safety reasons. The HOA has the right to remove guests from common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior. If fines are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be responsible for the fines. Due to the property's downtown location, some city noise may be audible from the unit. The thermostat should not be set above 76°F for heating or below 68°F for cooling.
