Located steps from Rainey St. and within walking distance or a short drive from Downtown and the Eastside, getting around is easy with ride shares or scooters readily available. The oven is currently not working and needs repair, but a microwave and toaster oven are available for guest use. Smoking, fireworks, and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Parties are not permitted in the unit or anywhere else in the building. The HOA has the right to remove guests from common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior. Due to the downtown location, some city noise may be audible from the unit. A white noise machine is provided for comfort, and earplugs are available upon request. The pool is available from 7 AM to 12 AM on the 33rd floor, and only registered guests are permitted. No glass is allowed in and around the pool or hot tub, and pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool with a $500 fine for violations. The pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature if it's below 45°F, and it cannot function effectively below 35°F. The fitness center and outdoor lounge are available 24/7 on the 10th floor. Trash services are available on every floor near the elevators. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76°F (heating) or below 68°F (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
