DART Bus Route 24 stops a short walk from the property, linking directly to Downtown and the Cityplace/Uptown light-rail station. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 9 AM. No parties or events are permitted beyond the registered guest list. Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Treat the unit with care and report any damage promptly. Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including 420) inside the unit or courtyards; smoking must occur at least 40 feet from the building.
