Designed with comfort and style in mind, the open living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for family meals and time together. Step outside to enjoy your own private, heatable pool—a relaxing retreat after a day of fun. Kids and adults alike will love the playful Mickey-themed bedroom, while the other rooms offer cozy beds and restful spaces. For your convenience, the home includes in-unit laundry with washer/dryer, free WiFi, parking, and a welcome kit with starter essentials. Pool heating and BBQ grill are available as optional paid services. Every detail of this home has been designed to make your stay comfortable, fun, and truly memorable. Pool heating is available upon 24 hours advance request for an additional fee of $35 plus tax per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the property. Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee of $250 for one pet plus tax per stay or $150 per pet for two pets or more. Unauthorized pets will incur a non-refundable penalty fee of $500 plus tax per stay. Pets are not allowed inside the pool at any time. Storey Lake Resort is a brand-new luxurious vacation community located just 4 miles to the magical world of Disney and just minutes from Universal, Sea World and many other water parks in the area. Spectacular outlet shopping are minutes away and two of the Top 10 outlet malls in the country are also nearby. If you prefer a popular chain restaurant or the mood is for some fine dining, it will be a quick drive from the resort. In addition to having an unmatched location, Storey Lake offers top-notch amenities around its featured clubhouse “The Hideway Club” as the fitness center, poolside dining and bar, resort heated pool and spa, lazy river, mini golf, water slides, splash pad and kayak rentals. The property distance to the main clubhouse is around 20 minutes walking. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A fee of half of the nightly rate will be due if you fail to vacate the property by 10:00 AM on the check-out day. Smoking is prohibited in the house or patio/pool area, and any signs of smoking will incur an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax. Guests are responsible for keeping the pool area secure and for any damage or irregularities reported within 24 hours of arrival. The home is self-catering, and guests are expected to bring or buy necessary items beyond the complimentary starter kit provided. No commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, or campers are allowed in any parking space. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a penalty of 50% of the total night rate of the reservation plus tax. Guests are responsible for securing the house when leaving the property. The property is equipped with a central HVAC system, and guests are requested not to set the temperature lower than 70ºF or above 78ºF. The property is 100% smoke-free, and any signs of smoking will incur a fee. Guests must practice reasonable caution when using the pool, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The property is equipped with a safety fence or sound alarms on the pool glass doors and windows. Guests are responsible for keeping the door/windows locked and safety fence closed. Unauthorized pool heating will be charged. The outside screen doors of the enclosure area of the pool are padlocked for safety and security. Trash must be disposed of properly, and excessive trash will incur a fee. Guests are responsible for any violation and/or additional fees charged by the community association for incorrect disposal of trash. The property has a regular pest control service, but no refunds will be made for sightings of wildlife or pests. Guests must notify the host of any issues with pests or wildlife on the property. The property is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi internet and cable service, but the service is not under the control of the host, and any service interruptions or slowdown may occur. The host will ensure the service provider is aware and taking the proper actions regarding any eventual issues. The property is equipped with a central HVAC system, and guests are requested not to set the temperature lower than 70ºF or above 78ºF.
