Welcome to the Boho Suite, a boutique condo at Coral Resort on Clearwater Beach. This studio suite offers a full bed and stunning water views, creating a cozy atmosphere with plenty of sunlight. Enjoy year-round access to a heated pool, BBQ grills, and a fishing dock. The suite features a waterview balcony (standing room only) and includes beach gear such as chairs and towels. Free parking and Wi-Fi are also provided. The Boho Suite is a boutique condo located at the Coral Resort on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach. This historic hotel has been modernized with luxury amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With a year-round heated pool, an open courtyard featuring BBQ grills, a private fishing dock, and free Wi-Fi, you will have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen includes a stove top, oven, full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a coffee maker (Keurig), and a microwave. A high-top table for two is also available. Free parking is available for your convenience. On-site laundry is coin-operated. The resort fee usually covers the cost of providing certain amenities to guests, such as the pool or fitness center, Wi-Fi, toiletries, and other property maintenance costs. Please note that fees may not be included in the total when booking through third-party platforms. We reserve the right to collect these fees separately if they are not reflected in the initial booking total. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 4% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. Only Zelle is free. Coral Resort is situated on Clearwater Beach, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops. It's just a 2-minute walk to the beach, making everything easily walkable. Enjoy breathtaking views of dolphins, manatees, and sea birds while being just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Restaurants, bars, cafes, and ice cream shops are also within a short walking distance. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors, bathroom, and laundry area, are currently under construction. These areas will not be accessible during your stay, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until September 30, 2025. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties are allowed at any time, and there are zero exceptions to this rule. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). For early check-in and late checkout requests, the fee is $20/hour when approved in advance and paid before check-in/checkout. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the suite. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund, and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM), the fee will be $200. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. The resort fee is a damage waiver that covers up to $500 in damages during your stay (excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items). This is instead of having to pay a damage deposit of $500 and having a credit card on file. Guests may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver. The suite is equipped with free Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.
