This beautifully designed suite is located on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach, just 2 blocks from the beach and offering a view of the channel. The suite features an open layout with a murphy bed set up prior to arrival, a cozy sofa with pillows and blankets, and a ROKU TV for entertainment. The kitchenette includes a hot top for cooking, a full fridge, a coffee maker, and a dining table for two. Parking is on-site and included in your stay. A parking pass must be visible on your vehicle's dashboard. The resort fee covers amenities such as the pool and Wi-Fi. Additional fees may apply for cleaning, service, and taxes. Situated in a beachside neighborhood, this suite is surrounded by bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants, all within walking distance. No car is needed to explore the vibrant surroundings. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction, which may result in some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur additional charges. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental, with a $250 penalty for violations. Parties are not permitted at any time. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a legal ID and verification selfie. The pool is managed by the resort, and any issues should be reported to both the resort and us. The balcony is shared and standing-room only, and regular precautions should be practiced. Noise from neighboring projects or renovations may occur during weekdays, and no refunds will be issued for such disturbances. Regular pest treatment is in place, but sightings of pests such as cockroaches, ants, and spiders may occur due to the heat. Prompt assistance is available if needed, but no refunds are offered for pest sightings.
