Feel at home in this peaceful corner suite located on the water at Coral Resort on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach. This recently renovated corner suite accommodates up to 2 guests, with exceptions possible for small children. This suite features a full-sized Murphy bed, a futon sofa that opens into a twin bed, and plenty of sunlight from the corner windows. The kitchen is equipped with an apartment-sized 4-burner electric stove with oven, an apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer with ice trays, a blender, toaster, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a tea kettle, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a dish drying rack with mat, a kitchen sponge, and dish soap. Enjoy access to the heated waterview pool and beach gear, including beach towels and 2 beach chairs. On-site parking is included. Located in a beachside location with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants within walking distance, no car is needed. Clearwater Beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible until September 30, 2025. Daytime noise on weekdays is expected due to the construction. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the rental, and a $250 penalty will be charged if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. No parties are allowed at any time. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. [SI]
