This unit is perfectly situated to capture natural sunlight during the day while providing peace and quiet at night. Note that D-5 is not a direct waterview unit. This apartment features an open layout with hardwood floors, a comfy sofa, and a full kitchen with a stainless steel fridge (no dishwasher). The full bathroom includes a faux marble walk-in shower. Toiletries, kitchen supplies, linens, and towels are provided. Enjoy the bright and airy atmosphere and modern decor with a touch of elegance in this cozy living space. Complimentary parking is available. Coral Resort is on Clearwater Beach, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach, and everything is within walking distance. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until the end of 2025. Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Clearwater Beach, with temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise expected in October and November 2025. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Unless otherwise stated, all check-in times are 4 PM EST and checkout times are 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. [SI]
