Elegantly decorated and thoughtfully designed, this retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico’s sugar-white sands. This condo features a full kitchen, air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a private balcony with outdoor furniture. Enjoy access to shared amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool, a fitness center, a shared sauna, and a shared hot tub. Your stay includes access to the incredible Oasis pool area, featuring a lazy river with rock wall formations and waterfalls, a wave pool that simulates ocean waves, a lagoon-style pool, and a children’s area with a splash pad and mini slides. Additional amenities at the Oasis include a large grotto-style hot tub, hammock island, sandy beach area, and the Oasis Grill & Tiki Bar. A sand volleyball court is also available. A shuttle service transports guests between the condos and the Oasis pool area. Parking includes one reserved numbered space on the top level of the west parking garage “Blue Heron,” plus one additional unmarked space. The Wharf offers a lively mix of dining, shopping, and entertainment, all just steps from your door. Nearby attractions include the Ferris Wheel at The Wharf, AMC Classic Wharf 15, the Orange Beach Event Center, dolphin cruises, Adventure Island, Gulf State Park, Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, Cotton Bayou Beach Access, and Orange Beach Waterfront Park. There is no smoking in the unit/house or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, with only ADA-compliant service dogs allowed. No parties or events are permitted; violators will be charged a $500 fine. For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules.
