No parties or events are allowed, with immediate eviction and no refund if violated. No animals are permitted, with a fine of up to $200 for violations. Late checkouts can be arranged for an additional $100 fee if requested 24-48 hours in advance. Any damage resulting in blocked calendar days will incur charges for the days affected.
