With a secluded and scenic location, access to community amenities, and cozy features like indoor fireplaces, this Sanford home offers a serene retreat for families and small groups. The property spans 2,900 sq ft and provides free WiFi and beautiful waterfront views. The bedrooms include a king bed, two queen beds, bunk beds with a full and twin, and a queen sleeper sofa in the game room. The outdoor living space features a spacious backyard with lake access and kayaks, while the indoor living area includes four bedrooms and a game room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, cooking basics, dishware, flatware, a blender, and a toaster oven. General amenities include central air conditioning, linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, an in-unit washer/dryer, hair dryers, an iron/ironing board, and trash bags/paper towels. Events are allowed for additional fees, with events up to 20 people incurring a $250 fee and events up to 50 people incurring a $750 fee. You are responsible for all coordination and cleanup of the event, including coordinating trash removal and transportation to and from distant parking for guests. Carolina Lakes is a gated community of approximately 1,700 homes and is best known for its lakes: Crystal, Diamond, Mirror, Sapphire, Silver, Ski Lake, and Lake Carolina, the main lake, which is approximately 240 acres with two marina pavilions. Many residents enjoy boating, kayaking, and golf, as well as the woodsy feel of the community. The diverse community includes active duty military, civilian contractors, retirees, and a multitude of school-age kids. Amenities and programs offered include Scott Dyer Field, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a fitness trail, a 9-hole disc golf course, various clubs and groups, and many more great amenities. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Every car entering the neighborhood will require a QR code texted to the cell phone of the driver. You will need to provide first and last names and cell phone numbers of one person in each car for a pass to be issued during your stay. The property is professionally managed to ensure a seamless guest experience from start to finish, with 24/7 guest messaging support, a dedicated emergency line, and local insights and digital guidebooks available.
