Parking is available with one assigned covered space and additional first-come, first-serve street parking. Parking is available in spot #13 in the covered parking under the building. There is also street parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Located in the heart of Austin, this apartment offers easy access to Fiesta Gardens, Rainey Street, and East 6th Street, each offering a unique blend of cultural events, stylish bars, eateries, and live music venues. Local attractions include the Blanton Museum of Art, Zilker Park, and Mount Bonnell. There may be some noise during your stay due to nearby construction. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors, with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an associated fee. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. The thermostat should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. A laptop computer is not included.
