The maximum number of guests is 4 and is non-negotiable due to the fire code. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property and be present for the entirety of the reservation. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. The hot water tanks are shared between units so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. A laptop computer is not included.
