Enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom, TV, and closet. Pets are allowed with an additional $100 fee per pet, not to exceed 30 lbs or 2 pets. Parking is available in spot #15 in the covered parking under the building, and there is also street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
