Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties or events are prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. Please do not leave any personal items on the patio. Please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
