Just a couple blocks away from Rainey St. and within walking distance (or a short drive) from Downtown and the Eastside, you'll have no trouble checking out all of the sites to see. Nearby local attractions include the Blanton Museum of Art, Zilker Park, Mount Bonnell, and the Bullock Texas State History Museum. There may be some noise during your stay due to nearby construction. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors, and the minimum smoking fee is $150, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.
