Another bedroom includes a bunk bed with queen mattresses and a pull-out twin mattress, while the fourth bedroom offers a full and a twin bed. A private outdoor eating area and grill are also available. The townhome spans two floors, with one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs. Free parking, self check-in, and an in-unit washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Relax with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The townhome includes free parking for up to two cars. Please note that propane for the grill is provided by guests, and a propane tank is available for refilling during your stay. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. As a self-catering home, supplies are not refilled during your stay, but initial essentials are provided. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. Propane for the grill is provided by guests, and smoking and drugs are prohibited on the property. A maximum of 11 guests is allowed, and no third-party bookings are accepted without prior agreement. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation may stay overnight, and no more than two vehicles are allowed.
