Inside, you'll find an updated living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, two oversized chairs, and a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku. Off the living room, there's a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to settle in and feel "at home," as well as a dining room with seating for 6. The home features three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and an additional large flat-screen TV, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen-size beds. A full bathroom with a shower and a washer and dryer complete the interior. The backyard is perfect for families with children or pets, featuring a fully fenced area and a spacious deck. Pets are welcome with an additional fee. The community game area offers a great deal of seating and a grill, along with games such as volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss. The location on the marsh provides the perfect backdrop for what makes Savannah so charming, with large mature trees dripping in Spanish Moss and breezy nights. A non-refundable pet fee applies, and additional cleaning costs may be charged if there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home.
