This unit offers a cozy living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Guests also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, ideal for a refreshing swim or relaxing under the Florida sun. The apartment features a comfortable bed, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Complimentary on-site parking is provided (one spot per reservation). If you want a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay (for an additional $25) by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure! Enjoy convenient proximity to Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale Beach, and the city’s top dining and nightlife spots. Nearby attractions include Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, ideal for kayaking, biking, or simply unwinding, and the Water Taxi, which offers a unique vantage point of the city’s scenic canals. Popular nearby restaurants include Casablanca Café, Coconuts, Takato, and El Vez. Must-see attractions nearby include Fort Lauderdale Beach, Las Olas Boulevard, Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, and LuLu’s Bait Shack. The property is approximately 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and 10 minutes from Port Everglades (Cruise Port). No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s), with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy, with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check out time is 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and late 12PM check out fee is paid prior to 10PM the night before check out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full names (legal first and last names) guests must be provided upon booking. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $ 500 fine for violation. Exterior Cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus, with a $1000 fine for violation. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security. If damages or policy violations occur, related charges may apply; otherwise, the hold is released after checkout and processed within 5-7 business days. [SI]
