The home cinema is perfect for movie nights with family and friends. The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, Bedroom 5: 2 Queen-Over-Queen Bunk Beds. Bathrooms include a full bathroom in the primary bedroom ensuite and an additional full bathroom. Additional spaces include a movie theater/cinema room. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fifth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. Many of the top attractions in the Dallas and Fort Worth Area are just a stone’s throw away, making DeSoto a great place to stay to experience the best of the Metroplex. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive a message with all the instructions. The hot tub and reclining couch are out of service. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. All cars must be parked in the property’s driveway as street parking is strictly forbidden. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated. Security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. Pest control service is monthly. High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
