The first-floor condo boasts large double-hung windows, original refinished hardwoods, bathroom tile, graceful arched doorways, and two-panel doors, maintaining the charm of the historic 1920s building while offering modern updates. Relax in the spacious living room with a large, upholstered sofa and a flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV. The kitchen features a gourmet gas range, convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the fully equipped kitchen with essentials like measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four. The screen porch area is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or tea. On-site parking is available next to the building. A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent at $10 per day. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice. The condo is dog-friendly with a registration fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). If not registered, a $120 fee per dog applies.
