The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. A desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi enable business travelers to stay plugged into their busy schedules. A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. There is ample on-site parking next to the building. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice. Located in historic Myers Park, Queens Road is the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood replete with wide sidewalks and towering oaks throughout the neighborhood. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging and is just a short stroll from multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants, as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. The neighborhood offers a vibrant culinary scene and is close to Charlotte's renowned greenway, Freedom Park, Dilworth, Plaza-Midwood, the Atrium Medical Center, and the Novant Hospital complex. Uptown Charlotte is only one mile away, offering easy access to iconic attractions and cultural destinations. The entire condo is yours and is accessible via a digital lock or lock box to allow convenient 24-7 self-check-in. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Pets are welcome with a fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. A laptop computer is not included.
