Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away, offering cardio equipment, weights, group classes, and swimming for a 7-day pass at $50. The kitchen features a gourmet gas range, convection oven, refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher, and stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. Relax in the spacious living room featuring a large upholstered sofa, which pulls out into an additional bed, and a flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV. Enjoy artwork by local artist Nico Amortegui, well-known for large-scale paintings and installations throughout NC and The Smithsonian. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse for $10.00 per day. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice. The streetcar to Uptown is a 10-minute walk away, and Uber/Lyft and bikeshare options are also convenient. The entire condo is yours and is accessible via a digital lock or lock box for convenient 24-7 self-check-in. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. There are eight residences in the building, all offering the privacy and seclusion of one of Charlotte's premier streets. A desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi enable business travelers to stay plugged into their busy schedules. A workstation with a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. A laptop computer is not included.
