Relax with comfortable beds, blackout curtains, a relaxing couch, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Hulu + Live TV channels. The spacious living room features a large, upholstered sofa and a flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV. The kitchen boasts a gourmet gas range, convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four. The balcony is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or tea with beautiful views of the willow oaks. A Peloton stationary bike is available for personal use. A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent at $10.00 per day. On-site parking is ample and convenient. For those traveling with dogs, a registration fee of $59 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. If not registered, a fee of $120 per dog will be charged. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. Located in the historic Myers Park, Queens Road is the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood, replete with wide sidewalks and towering oaks. This incredibly safe community is ideal for walking or jogging and is just a short stroll from multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants offering diverse cuisines. The neighborhood also boasts green spaces and parks, providing a tranquil retreat from the bustling city. Uptown Charlotte is only one mile away, offering easy access to iconic attractions and cultural destinations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will result in the forfeiture of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code, and we are only a phone call away if needed. A desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi enable business travelers to stay plugged into their busy schedules. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. A laptop computer is not included.
