The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. The spacious living room features a large, upholstered sofa that pulls out into an additional bed, and a flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV. The inviting fireplace is heavenly in the cooler seasons. Enjoy the artwork by local artist Nico Amortegui. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a television and a generous closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flatscreen television. The twin beds can be pushed together to create one king-size bed. The bathroom is spotless and features plush towels. Included in the amenity package are a starter supply of bath products as well as detergents. The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, tables, and chairs. On-site parking is available. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). A workstation with monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. Single beds can be joined into a king-size bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice. Located in historic Myers Park, Queens Road is the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood replete with wide sidewalks and towering oaks throughout the neighborhood. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging, and is just a short stroll from multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Within a half mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Thai, Italian, French, and Mexican), as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half mile away. From there, you can bike, run, or walk along the 30 miles of trails. It is also very close to Freedom Park, Dilworth, Plaza-Midwood, the Atrium Medical Center (Levine Children’s Hospital and Levine Cancer Institute) and the Novant Hospital complex. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities are prohibited and violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
