No parties or loud noise are permitted, and quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Pets are not allowed unless special permissions are granted, with a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived by the owner in writing. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, and excessive cleaning may incur additional fees. A $200 hold is placed for the damage deposit, which is removed within 3 days after check-in.
