Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request. No mail or packages unless pre-approved. A $250 fee applies for smoking or drug use inside, and a $500 penalty for smoking inside the unit. No parties or loud noise, and a $250 charge for unauthorized parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Pets are not allowed unless special permissions are granted, with a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived by the owner in writing. A pre-check-in form is required, with a $200 hold placed and released within 3 days after checkout.
