For your convenience, the loft includes a washer and dryer, an iron, a drying rack, and cleaning supplies. The two modern bathrooms include walk-in showers, fresh towels, a hair dryer, and essentials. Enjoy free valet parking for one standard-size vehicle and access to a pool and gym. A second air mattress is available for a fee of $35 per night. This loft is in a walker's paradise, just minutes from the Convention Center, Dallas World Aquarium, and Reunion Tower. Nearby city attractions include the American Airlines Center, House of Blues, Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, Dallas World Aquarium, Morton H. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and building, and a $500 penalty will be charged for smoking inside the unit. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
