This apartment is in a lively, historic part of Philadelphia and you may hear the usual sounds of city life, including traffic, nearby restaurants, and nightlife, especially on weekends. Smoking or open flames are strictly prohibited, with a violation fee of $1,000 plus a $500 ozone treatment and cleaning costs. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Unauthorized guests or pets will incur a fee of $50 per person/pet per night. A late check-out will incur a fee of $75 per 30 minutes after 10:00 AM. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine. Guests are responsible for trash removal, and fines for violations are the guest’s responsibility. A cleaning is required every 30 days and will be auto-charged to your original payment method. We conduct a brief inspection once a month, and you’ll receive at least 24 hours' notice.
