The third floor includes two sunlight, south-facing bedrooms with queen beds, mirrors, nightstands with lamps, and clothing racks and hooks to hang clothes, as well as a Juliet balcony with a slider in one bedroom. One full bath with a shower and tub is available. A mini-split is in the hallway for cool air, and individual wall heaters are in the rooms with thermostats. A stackable washer and dryer are at the top of the stairs in the hallway opposite the bedrooms. A $99 per dog fee applies, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty.
