The family-friendly second bedroom includes a queen bed, a fold-out full-sized couch, and a telescope for stargazing. The second floor boasts an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room with water views, a fully stocked kitchen designed for home chefs, and a cozy living room with a 40-inch Smart TV and a gas-burning fireplace. The third bedroom offers a queen and twin bed, and a large in-room library. Entertainment options include a variety of board games and a DVD player with classic movies. Laundry facilities and central air conditioning and heating are available throughout the home. Parking is available for a total of 6 cars, and a 2-car garage with an EV charger is provided. Pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs up to 50 lbs each. Additional cleaning fees apply if pet hair is found on bedding or if waste beyond hair is found. Nestled in the heart of Frisco, NC, Pescadora is close to local shops and dining, pristine Outer Banks beaches, and offers opportunities for fishing, boating, and water activities. Guests can explore nearby historical sites and scenic trails, including the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. The nearest public boat ramp is Riley's Cove Boat Ramp, just 1.9 miles away. Street parking is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM, and excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and cleaning up after your pets is your responsibility. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when near water. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances. The master suite includes a corner desk workspace with a comfortable chair, perfect for remote work, journaling, or planning your next adventure. A laptop computer is not included.
