Enjoy the large private patios and balcony with panoramic ocean and bay views, complete with 2 fun hanging egg chairs. For your furry friends, pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages. A 2-car garage and extra driveway parking are available. Walk to Turquoise Street cafés and restaurants. It's a quick drive to La Jolla, Bird Rock, Mission Bay, and Wind & Sea Beach, with easy access to all the best of San Diego. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee; ask about it. You must be at least 26 years old to book this property. Shoes must be removed upon entry. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties are allowed; 3rd party bookings are subject to a $500 fee. Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks; fees will apply. No unlawful use of our home is permitted, including illegal activities or substances. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains. Use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Children should be supervised on stairs and always use handrails. For the garbage disposal, do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal; throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. A vacuum, broom, and dustpan are provided for any fur or spills; just be sure to unclog the vacuum if needed. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair so it doesn’t clog the drain. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Please do not disturb the back house guests.
