The fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and spacious countertops is perfect for family-style meals in the dining area for six. Relax in the cozy living room with a Smart TV and comfortable seating. The condo also includes a dedicated home office space with high-speed Wi-Fi and a desk area, as well as in-home laundry with a washer and dryer for convenience during longer stays. This condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including a king bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and two bedrooms with two full beds each. We offer a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for a one-time fee of 40.00 USD and a highchair for a one-time fee of 40.00 USD. Enjoy the best of Orlando at your doorstep with walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center and just 3.7 miles to the soon-to-open Epic Universe theme park. Minutes from SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and I-Drive attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are all nearby. As our guest, you’ll enjoy complimentary access to the resort's top-notch facilities, including a heated outdoor resort pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, movie theater, scenic walkways, playgrounds, sports courts, a fully equipped fitness center, sauna, concierge service, internet café, and meeting rooms. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. Guests will need access cards to use the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub, which can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at no cost. The water dispenser on the fridge is currently not working. Includes a dedicated home office space with high-speed Wi-Fi and a desk area. A laptop computer is not included. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
