The primary suite and second ensuite bedroom feature king beds and private bathrooms. The baseball-themed bedroom has two queen beds, and the basketball-themed bedroom has two bunk beds. With 3.5 bathrooms, group use is comfortable. The open living and dining areas are ideal for gathering, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout. An upstairs laundry room includes a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron. The kitchen features gas cooking, a full stainless steel appliance package including a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker with starter pods, island seating for 4, and a dining table that seats 7-8 comfortably. For outdoor recreation, Lake Allatoona is approximately 20 minutes away, offering boating, beaches, fishing, and hiking. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. Parties and events are prohibited. Children are welcome. Tampering with or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is strictly prohibited from use. Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. Checkout is at 10 am, with a $50 cleaner trip fee if the cleaning team cannot access the property due to a delayed checkout. All payments are nonrefundable; cancellations made after 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in will be forfeited. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. A surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs for refunds. Mid-stay cleans are required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean for stays over 60 nights. Any mid-stay clean, deep clean, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately. Any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached. Trained service animals are exempt from pet fees.
