The streetcar to Uptown is just a 10-minute walk away, and Uber/Lyft and bikeshare options are readily available. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 7 AM. Any violation of quiet hours may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings will be the guest's responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. Includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse for rent, providing a convenient work-from-home set-up.
