The building also has a shared patio with a grill, table, and chairs. On-site parking is available, and well-behaved, quiet dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). If quiet hours are violated, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be required to leave immediately without a refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings will be the guest's responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. A laptop computer is not included.
