Kennels for two, toys, and a potty station are available for your furry companion. The property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. It's next door to The Momentary and 1.5 miles from Crystal Bridges. You can walk or ride to numerous breweries, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, bike shops, parks, museums, theatres, and mountain biking trailheads. Guests never have to get back in their car upon arrival. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Please keep dogs off the furniture and beds. If guests are out, dogs must be kenneled. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
