Bathrooms include a full bathroom in the primary bedroom ensuite, a full bathroom in bedroom 2 ensuite, and another full bathroom. Pet-friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Additional fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. This home is in the Macgregor Terrace subdivision in Harris County, Texas, close to Texas Medical Center and the University of Houston. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. If you still have questions, we’re available for you. No parties or large gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor hot tub, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the hot tub is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. Landscaping is done once a week. Security cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside.
