Free parking is available in the two-car garage. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate of $29 applies for each guest beyond the first six. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a small additional fee, subject to availability. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited, and noise levels are monitored to ensure compliance with local ordinances. The fireplace and spa heating element are currently inoperable. The property is equipped with security cameras for compliance with local laws, but no cameras are placed in private areas. Small gatherings are allowed upon request and approval in advance. The home offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable living space, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
