The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, with easy access to Uptown Charlotte via the streetcar, and is close to Charlotte’s health care district. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. Pets must be registered, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
