Centrally located on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this condo is close to the strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and a short drive to the SkyWheel. You'll also find yourself close to boutiques and souvenir shops, as well as attractions like Fun Plaza Arcade and Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors.
