Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM, with a $300 penalty and immediate expulsion for checking out beyond 12:00 PM. This property has a strict no-party policy, enforced by Ring cameras at the entrance and noise detectors inside, with a $1000 fine for violations or excessive noise complaints. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per guest. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways, with a $1000 fine for violations. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
