A strict no-party policy is enforced, and any violation will result in police being called and everyone being removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit or pool, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. A background check is required for all guests, who will be asked to provide a valid government ID. Early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and is subject to approval, with a rate of $20 per hour before check-in time.
