The large, fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas provide ample space for meals. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer/dryer. Enjoy a private indoor pool with the option to add heating for an additional $35 per day of stay, which must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in. Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome with prior written notification and host approval, subject to a pet fee of up to $150. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway. Pigeon Forge is a vibrant destination filled with adventure, entertainment, and music, offering a unique blend of Appalachian scenery and Southern culture. Pool heating and hot tub usage must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in, with an additional fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Please note that after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
