The beach house offers full access to everything within, including a washer and dryer, bathrooms with showers, towels, a first aid kit, and a hair dryer. The full kitchen comes with all kitchen appliances, and the living spaces provide a full view of the ocean from the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and loft, offering truly stunning scenery. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee of $50 for 1 dog and $100 for 2 dogs. Fees are collected post-booking during the digital check-in process. Early check-in or late check-out is available subject to availability and a small fee. The view around you is absolutely stunning, with scenery that looks like paintings, and the location is in the middle of everything you could need while visiting Hawaii. To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, a small per-person fee is charged. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. This is a smoke-free home with no smoking or vaping and no recreational drug use. Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. A seamless arrival is offered with a smart lock system, and if you need anything during your stay, assistance is just a message or text away. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and the rental agreement, which will be emailed once booking is received.
