The large kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there is a free washer/dryer and an indoor dining area. The spacious deck offers mountain views. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate the set-up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. At least a week's notice is kindly requested. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee is applied with a security deposit of up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the cabin. In the Smoky Mountains, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. Firearms are not allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
