The main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a flatscreen television, and a comfy chair, while the bathroom is equipped with Nest bath products for your convenience. A workstation is available for rent during your stay for $10 per day, which includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a registration fee of $59 per dog (two maximum), and dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bed. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice. This property has a very strict non-smoking policy with a $500 penalty for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, and the property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, and disrespectful or unlawful activities, which may result in forfeiture of the entire reservation and additional fees. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and ID verification and background screening are required upon booking. Contact-free check-in is available, and the entire apartment is yours for your stay.
