The comfy living area is perfect for relaxing, equipped with a flat-screen TV and ample seating for the whole family. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure, complete with stainless steel appliances. Guests have exclusive access to the Solterra Resort community amenities, including a resort-style pool with a water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a poolside cafe, a fitness center, a playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreational area. The HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks, making it an ideal spot for exploring Orlando's attractions. Disney Springs and Old Town are great for shopping, while Walt Disney World Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park are must-see destinations. The area offers outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a Ring Camera by the front door for safety and privacy. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and a maximum of 13 guests is permitted. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines up to $300 or termination of the reservation without refund.
