The open-concept living area boasts plush seating and a large TV, while the modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Central heating and air conditioning ensure comfort year-round. Enjoy a private outdoor patio with seating and beach essentials including 6 beach tags, 6 beach chairs, coolers, a wagon/cart, and an umbrella. Ample free street parking is available in the neighborhood. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this home is just a 9-minute walk from the beach, offering easy access to the sand and surf. Explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions a short drive away, with options for fresh seafood, family activities, and vibrant nightlife. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, and vapes. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. To book this property, the primary guest must be 25 years or older. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice. Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary/guest-initiated cancellation. Security cameras are present on the exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. There are no recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund. Before being allowed to check in, all guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal. Checkout expectations include placing trash in designated bins outside, loading used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidying up after yourselves.
